The reflective film produced by Zhejiang Caiyuan Reflective Material Co., Ltd. is a novel reflective material formed by combining the reflective layer formed by glass beads with polymer materials such as PET and PVC with a special process. Reflective film can reflect light back to the light source by using optical principle. It is composed of film layer, micro glass bead layer, focusing layer, reflective layer, adhesive layer and peeling layer with good weather resistance.
The performance of this series of reflective film belongs to the second level of the GB/T 18833-2002 standard issued by the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China. The high-strength reflective film is a durable sealed reflective film, at least three times brighter than the engineering grade reflective film. This material has been successfully used to make traffic signs. Even if the sign is at a large angle and in a bright area, the high strength reflective film makes the sign clear and can effectively warn the driver of the road hazards ahead.
High strength reflective film is applicable to traffic signs on general roads, namely, ordinary expressway, Class I, II, III, IV roads and temporary signs. Generally, it is divided into pressure sensitive type and heat sensitive type (the high-strength reflective film produced by our company belongs to pressure sensitive adhesive).
